Wireless TRACcess

Smartphones can now open TRACcess devices. The wireless generation of TRACcess products is a significant leap forward in terms of:

  • Ease of use for keyholders
Service technicians and other staff can open compatible TRACcess devices with their smartphone and the TRACcess eKEY app.  Additional hardware is not required.  The TRACcess system automatically delivers updated codes to the eKEY application.

  • Flexibility for operations
Administrators can add, change, and cancel access permissions for individual keyholders or groups of keyholders.  Updated permissions are periodically delivered by the system or the user may download them in the field.

  • Real-time information for security 
After a smartphone is used to open a TRACcess device, the TRACcess eKEY Application automatically transmits a record of the event to the TRACcess server.  This information can be automatically forwarded to site managers and is available for up-to-date reports.

The TRACcess DisplayKEY is also available for technicians who do not have a smartphone.

Smartphones with the TRACcess eKEY App and TRACcess DisplayKEYs both operate with the same security features as traditional TRACcess keys: permissions expire routinely and must be refreshed, and a PIN-code is needed to operate the key.  Keyholder permissions are granted and revoked by your TRACcess System Administrator.  The keys send the data, generated every time the system is used, to the TRACcess Manager database, establishing a comprehensive audit trail of site usage and keyholder activity.  Backup data records are stored in each TRACcess locking device.

Go keyless with TRACcess eKEY, the smartphone app. It harnesses the Bluetooth(R) signal from your Android(TM) and BlackBerry(R) smartphones to open wireless TRACcess locks and key vaults even when no cellular coverage is available. TRACcess eKEY sends activity reports and downloads keyholder permissions through the smartphone's Internet connection.

​TRACcess DisplayKEY

For organizations who want to eliminate physical keys but prefer to carry a separate wireless key, the TRACcess DisplayKEY is an intelligent electronic solution.  The DisplayKEY receives updates and refreshes user permissions through a cradle connected to a personal computer.  Keyholders simply place the DisplayKEY in its cradle overnight for full system communications.

TRAC-Lock BT

Replace a standard lockset with the wireless, intelligent TRAC-Lock BT.  When opened with an authorized wireless TRACcess key, both the lock and the key are updated with user ID, location, and the date and time stamp when the activity occurs.  The battery-powered TRAC-Lock BT is rugged and durable, and easy to install or retrofit.

​TRAC-Lock BT with Alarm Interface

TRAC-Lock BT with Alarm Interface replaces a standard lockset and troller that may be integrated with existing electronic systems such as security alarms or video surveillance.  Easy to retrofit or mount as a new system, power may be provided through an AC power supply or through replaceable batteries.  

      

​TRAC-Box BT

Durable and weather resistant, the TRAC-Box BT stores multiple conventional keys and access cards in its key container. Communications and power are provided by the key, so no wiring or communications infrastructure is needed for its easy and inexpensive installation.
