Streamline your operations and reduce the frustration and cost inherent in managing physical keys.  The TRACcess 5 System eliminates mechanical keys and provides a comprehensive record of use of the system.  Staff and technicians use either a smartphone app or a separate electronic key to enter all the buildings, sites, doors, and locks they are authorized to open.  System administrators enable and disable keyholder permissions, check site usage or keyholder activity records, and schedule routine reports from the convenience of the office computer.  Power and communications for the TRACcess system are provided through the TRACcess keys, making installation quick, because no extensive wiring is required for power or communications.

​TRACcess Keys

Power, communications, and the intelligence for authorized entry to your facilities come from your TRACcess key. Keyholders may load the TRACcess eKEY app on their smartphones or opt for an electronic TRACcess DisplayKEY. Every key is PIN-code authorized and expires automatically so it cannot be used if lost or stolen. User permissions are downloaded routinely and can be adjusted at any time.

​TRACcess Locks and Vaults

Recessed or surface-mount TRAC-Vaults hold large keys or access cards for entry to your site, while the wireless controllers and key vaults can control your door handle to eliminate physical keys altogether.  TRAC-Station BT can be interfaced with existing alarm and surveillance systems. Keyholder activities and site usage are monitored through activity records that are generated every time the lock or vault is accessed.

TRACcess Manager 5 Software

Onlline convenience, comprehensive activity records, and powerful data handling are at your fingertips with TRACcess Manager.  Building owners and site managers may authorize preferred vendors to administer their own keyholders while site activity is always monitored with a wide range of reporting options.
