Real Estate Keys

Authorized agents may choose to use a dedicated electronic key or smart phone with Supra software to access KeyBoxes. Only qualified agents, who have been approved by the local real estate association or Multiple Listing Service (MLS), may open a KeyBox.  A PIN code is also required to operate the electronic keys.

eKEY

Access lockboxes using a smart phone. Most popular phones supported including iPhoneR, AndroidTM, and BlackBerryR  models.

​ActiveKEY

The ActiveKEY has a cellular radio that sends and receives information about showings.  It also features a backlit screen, a built-in flashlight, and an optional car charger.  The ActiveKEY can be wirelessly updated using its built-in radio, eliminating the need to put the key in a cradle.

DisplayKEY

The DisplayKEY is the predecessor to ActiveKey.  It automatically updates once per day when placed on a cradle.  Showing information is also communicated at this time.  The cradle must be connected to a phone line or a personal computer with Internet access.
